Photo quality matters
Always upload the highest resolution available. Low-resolution or blurry images produce poor background removal results and pixelated prints. Minimum recommended: 1200 × 1800 px.

Use Phone Sync to generate a QR code. Customers scan it and photos transfer wirelessly to the queue — no USB cables needed. Each sync session expires after 30 minutes.
Always preview before printing
Open the print preview from Print Orders to verify crop, colour, and template alignment before sending to the printer. This avoids wasted paper and reprints.
Cloud Sync backs up completed photos
Processed and edited images are automatically synced to the configured cloud folder. You can verify sync status under Cloud Sync if a customer requests a digital copy.
